please note that international orders typically process through customs specific to its destination. Every country has different customs and protocols, which could potentially result in a delay in the arrival of your item. Please contact your local shipping service if you believe that your item is being held up in customs.
PROCESSING TIME
We have a processing time of 5-7 business days to craft your orders and prepare them for our shipping couriers.
TRACKING
We will send you an email containing your tracking number and all tracking information after your order is finished crafting and sent out to our couriers! Make sure to track your order on our Track your order page :)
WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION
We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are to inform us immediately regarding a correction to your error. If the order has not shipped out yet, we can fix this for you at no additional cost. If it has shipped, please contact the courier immediately to prevent complications, and inform us of the error. We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
If your item is returned to our warehouse by the courier due to customer error, you will be invoiced a resend fee and be bound by the regular processing times.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT UPDATING
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours before updating. If an unusual amount of time passes before showing an update, please contact us at support@tinylume.com
IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT
Courier delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and typically arrives the following day.
Based on the courier used to ship, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office or the UPS Customer Center. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker, more up to date service. If they have no information, if you filed a claim, or you have any other questions, please contact us. We are happy to assist with requests from the courier in their efforts to locate your package.
